SJSU Spring 2017 (Questions/Comments/Concerns)

I looked around to see if anyone had started a thread but nothing

Has anyone filled out a declination form for the Influenza Immunization? What did you put for "SJSU Semester Level"? Would I put Spring 2017?

you would put Spring 2017 Semester 1 --> Im sure this is what Dr. Rauch put on the blue piece of paper that was sent us

You should use that paper as proof too

Also for the documentation of influenza, do we request documentation/file from the clinic or do we use this form http://www.sjsu.edu/nursing/docs/flu_documentation_proofrev6.19.14pdf.pdf from the School of Nursing website to have the doctor of the clinic fill out & sign? I got my flu shot at a clinic.

Just got my acceptance letter! A little later than everyone else, but I'm glad it's finally here.

I just barely made the cut. Here are my stats:

Impaction score: 5.881

Prerequisite GPA: 3.0

TEAS V: 87.3%

Apparently my score was right at the cutoff - exactly 5.881. I was #59 on the accepted list. There is hope if you have a low GPA! :)

Someone mentioned it a while back, I'm not sure if they made it though but if you can make one and send the link that'd be good. I don't use Facebook at all so I'm not sure how to do that

Does anyone know if I can take the CHAD 70 coreq course at my local community college instead of SJSU while in the nursing program? Or after being admitted into the program does it have to be taken at SJSU?
