I got a B in both A&P 1 and 2. I still need to take micro. Will it be worth my time retaking A&P to try and get A's or do I have a shot at ADN programs?

I'd check into the schools that you plan on applying to in the future. Here in Southern California, L.A. area, schools ONLY take your first earned grade. Especially if you passed with a "C." So, it is imperative that you do well in those science classes. A "B" is not bad at all. Shoot for an "A" in micro!
Hey thanks for the reply I appreciate it! I've been told countless times that I need all A's in those pre-reqs to get into a nursing program. Now I don't feel as bad. I'm also a veteran, do you know of any programs in southern california that give a preference to veterans?

I'm not in Cali but check with the school you want to apply to. My program will take your highest earned grade but they also deduct points from our profile score (points they give to applicants based on gpa, entrance exam score, ext.) if we repeat classes.

You do not need all As in your pre-requisites to get into a nursing program. All As just increase your chances to get a seat in your selected schools.
Hope that puts you at ease.

True, unless you are looking at Harvard, Yale, Stanford, etc..
