Should I do quick results or not? How long did it take to get your name on the BON?

Hi guys. I want to first say thanks so much for everyone on allnurses. This site helped me through school and NCLEX. I just took the NCLEX on Friday, March 21st and I did the Pearson Vue trick and got the "good pop up." But now I have the option to do quick results. I know it isn't a big deal to pay the $7.95 but I already got the "good pop up" and I will have to find out sooner or later anyways. Should I do the quick results or just wait it out because I "probably" already passed according to the Pearson Vue Trick? I checked and my name is not on the BON list yet :(

How long did it take for your name to appear on the BON list? I live in MI if it really matters. Thanks so much!!

Just do quick result so it will lessen the agony you have right now.. I guess that depends on how the BON in which state you applied for do the processing... Mines I did the quick result which says I passed and I got the official letter from PVL division saying the same.. But I went check for my name in the list., it doesn't appear yet since I need to still pay for some fees for the license and all:) congrats again!RN

it varies from state to state, here in NJ takes anywhere from 4-8 weeks for them to post it.

I have had people get the good pop up and fail. This trick sometimes work sometimes doesn't. Id just get the results.

Hi guys. Just wanna update. I didn't pay for the quick results but I checked my BON this morning and I saw my license number!! Thanks everyone!

I'm from NJ and my name was posted the next day. (I tested on Thursday and the first time I searched the BON website was Friday night and it was there)

Not in recent weeks. There have been several reports of "good" pop up. & failing and CC page & passing. It's a trick. No guarantee.

Quick results are valid. Licensing is at BoN discretion

With an active license number or just license pending? License pending just means data in the system...some of my classmates thought name on BoN = passed but name + active + license # = passed. NJBoN is 3-6 weeks
