I hope you're right. But, like I said, two different people (who do not know each other) told me there were only 11 spots....9 were filled from internal employees. That only leaves 2 open to the outside. One person who told me this info got the information directly from a person who is directly involved in the selection process.

But, I hope you are right. I'm not counting on anything, unfortunately.

I think at this pointment the best option to get into any NGR program in San Diego is to work for the organization.

But, it is always good to keep the faith

Ohh, that happened last round. That was for the Winter 2012 applicants, and it refers only to Sharp Memorial's Residency. They haven't sent anything out for this round but there are different residencies/openings at each hospital.

I don't think Memorial has started their interview process for the August program. They usually do phone interviews then narrow down the search for panel interviews. The previous posts were about the last cohort. Those new grads have been in the program for over a month now.

One of my classmates has just had her phone interview for Memorial; however it seems as if people are still being called to schedule interviews throughout the system.

I got called for an interview at Chula Vista! My interview is the first week in May. They said it would be a panel of 4-7 interviewers. Good luck everyone!!
