Sharp New Grad Winter 2015/2016

Hey guys,

I'm just getting this thread started for the Winter 2015/2016 round of New Grad applications at Sharp in San Diego.

It looks like the Grossmont applications open Oct 13 and then the rest of the apps open Oct 26.

7. What does patient centered care mean to you?

8. What is your definition of the sharp experience?

I heard mid 30s and someone has told me $38 before. It depends though. Like RN experience, degree, and shift (I assume).

NICU. Received a call for job offer yesterday. Send me your email and I can send you the document I have. It's a generic sharp interview template that my friend gave me. It's where these questions came from and they asked me all of them.

I was offered a position for the CV ER new grad program! Still waiting on official paperwork, but so so excited! Also to anyone interviewing, everyone was very welcoming and calm....that was my most intense interview (i think 10 leaders, 6 peers) but I felt relaxed because everyone was so nice. Good luck to all!
