Hi,
I just wanted to start a thread on any updates anyone has regarding Sharp's New Grad Program for the start of March 2021.
So far I've received an email from HR to rank my top 2 units for their acute floor at Memorial. I've seen many others have received the same (for their other hospitals as well), any updates or a timeline of responses would be appreciated. ?
I received an email for references and I had to put in 5 references within 24hrs! A survey was sent to all my references and once 3 of them replied, management canceled the other 2 surveys and reviewed the first 3! When I got the offer 3 days later, the manager said I passed my reference check. I guess depending on your scores on the survey, that also helps your chances of getting an offer. :)

I finished my ADN in September and have my RN license already but they’re having me start in April instead of March so I’ll be closer to being done with my BSN which I finish in May
Awesome, so cool :) What floor? Yeah, I am starting in April because I still don't have my test date!

Do you happen to know how the scoring system works? I remembering the panel members mentioning a point system during my interview but I am not sure how they score the applicants. I didn't think to ask at the time.
