Status won't change until after you get a decision. Mine changed to accept once I accepted the position. Your start date will likely be within a month or so. You have to do background, physical, and all the paperwork. The call came from the nursing manager telling me they wanted to make me a final candidate for the position.

SICU at Hillcrest! It took them about 2-3 days after to call me. They will look at your references and make sure that they check out and I believe they're also scored. Which department did you interview for? NICU right?

I think they conducted their interviews mid last month. I will be starting in a couple of weeks. I know the ED conducted their interviews on Tuesday of this week.

I received an offer after 1 week of my interview

I hope your interview went well! After my interview, a few days later it changed to that status of pending interview decision. I know someone who a day after their interview they received an email saying that they decided to move forward with other candidates. It honestly depends on the department from what I know of. Which unit did you interview for?

Oh congrats! At Hillcrest right! I reached out to them and rescinded my interview since I got the offer from the ICU. I received a reference email the morning of my interview. It comes from an agency via the email you put on your application! Get them submitted as soon as possible. HR is closed on Thursday and Friday of this week for the holidays so the sooner the better!

There were lots of situational and behavioral questions but each question had multiple parts to it. They asked me a few clinical questions as well. So brush up on your assessment and prioritization thought process! Hope that helps! Good luck!
