Hello, I am an LVN and looking at schools in San Diego to apply for step up programs to RN. I wanted to know all the schools available to me. Or any school that will let me skip semester/s due to having LVN and jump in later. RN and BSN okay. Listed below are the ones I know of please let me know if there is anymore more. Hello, I'm in the process of applying for Scripps Health ICU transition program. My top two choices are Scripps Memorial La Jolla neuro/ trauma ICU and Scripps Mercy San Diego ICU. I was wondering if anyone knew how the culture was on this units. How they treat new nurses and how the training is. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you

I thinks mostly behavioral. And you can record yourself several times until your happy with your response. You usually have 72hrs to submit

Hello everyone, I have an interview coming up for Sharp Grossmont's residency program for Medical Intensive Care Unit and would really appreciate any information/advice/tips regarding the interview process. If any one has gone through this, I would really appreciate your help. I have applied for many new grad programs and would really appreciate any help since this is my first time getting an interview. What questions did they ask? Who was part of the panel interview (Unit manager, Charge Nurse, etc.) How long did it take them to decide who got hired?

I got any email for identity identification but when I click on the link says "Page cannot be displayed" did anyone else have that problem.

Hello I wanted to start this tread for Clinical Nurse - RN, Sharp HealthCare Nurse Residency Program (New Grad Program)-110929 at Sharp Healthcare application starting in the fall 2021. I applied last week, hoping to hear back soon. My application status just says under consideration.
