No worries! I interviewed on a Thursday, received my reference request e-mail a few hours after and then received a phone call the next Tuesday. My advice would be research the hospital so you know a bit about Sharp Mary Birch as they have a lot to offer! When I asked my interviewers about what they’re looking for they said retention is really important, so make sure they know if they hire you you’re in it for the long run. Since it’s a level three NICU they’ll probably ask about handling stress, so maybe think of ways you’d handle a high stress environment. Then lastly, the scenario questions like I mentioned. I did my externship in L&D so I tailored almost all my scenarios to either that or my clinicals in L&D, so if that applies to you I’d try and do the same for NICU. Good luck, you got this!

Thank you ? It was for the labor and delivery unit. Congrats on the interview and good luck!! Interview wasn’t too bad, about 10-15 questions. There was a lot of scenario questions like tell me a time when you had a conflict with a patient, etc.
