SHARP New Grad Program Spring 2021

Hi,

I just wanted to start a thread on any updates anyone has regarding Sharp's New Grad Program for the start of March 2021.

So far I've received an email from HR to rank my top 2 units for their acute floor at Memorial. I've seen many others have received the same (for their other hospitals as well), any updates or a timeline of responses would be appreciated. ?

Hi everyone, I interviewed for Sharp Chula Vista on Dec 16. Got an email on Dec 21 to fill out my references. Not sure what it means yet..

Reference check is a good sign. I interviewed last Thursday and received an email for reference checks Friday morning and an offer Friday night ? good luck!’

Is there anyone that’s starting at the end of this month (Dec 28th)?

Btw does anyone know if Sharp has their own scrubs they provide to us or we get to wear our own (aka Figs)

Hi All,

I was reached out by staffing to work as a surge tech until I start the new grad program in March. Is anyone else accepting this position until their start date?

Hey! I am. I am going to start Jan 11 at memorial. :)

I was considering however I’m already working at SRS Urgent Care and can’t work two positions under Sharp.
