Hi,
I just wanted to start a thread on any updates anyone has regarding Sharp's New Grad Program for the start of March 2021.
So far I've received an email from HR to rank my top 2 units for their acute floor at Memorial. I've seen many others have received the same (for their other hospitals as well), any updates or a timeline of responses would be appreciated. ?

Thank you, hope your interview went well! I found it kind of challenging to prep because I couldn't find any Sharp interview questions on FB, but I prepared the right general questions.
For anyone curious, I was asked mostly behavioral questions by a panel of interviewers: Tell me about yourself? How would you prioritize care for your patient assignments? Tell me how you would give a patient a new medication for the first time and how would you educate them about it. Tell me a time you worked in a team. Tell me a time you ensured patient safety and what was the outcome. What unit do you prefer to work in?
Hi friends!
had my interview today for the PCU & got an offer!
the questions they asked me were:
-tell us about yourself and why you chose nursing?
-tell us a time when you gave exceptional care
-5 year plan
-when you received constructive feedback and how did you react
? good luck to everyone !

Which unit was this for?

Hi! I’ll be starting the NGP at Memorial in April as well ? I currently work as an NA on the floor I will be with.
I finished my ADN in September and have my RN license already but they’re having me start in April instead of March so I’ll be closer to being done with my BSN which I finish in May

Is this a good sign? I have heard it is, but just wanted to see what experience you guys have with it! Thank you in advance!
Same thing for me. I’ve heard it’s a good sign but I can’t be sure.
