SHARP New Grad Program Spring 2021

Hi,

I just wanted to start a thread on any updates anyone has regarding Sharp's New Grad Program for the start of March 2021.

So far I've received an email from HR to rank my top 2 units for their acute floor at Memorial. I've seen many others have received the same (for their other hospitals as well), any updates or a timeline of responses would be appreciated. ?

I haven’t heard anything yet from Grossmont. Still waiting to hear back from the ED

I received an interview offer earlier this week on Tuesday for a virtual interview in December for Sharp Chula Vista! It's for med-surg/PCU/float pool.

Did anyone apply for the new grad position at Coronado? I got the email to self identify but that was it. I’m starting to loose hope. I hit my year of experience in March.

I got a call for a short interview screening and then a week later, I got an email confirmation for an interview via Microsoft teams for this unit ?

Hi everyone! Has anyone heard anything from Sharp Memorial 6 West Unit, the Surgical PCU, for New Grad Position? Any emails or phone calls about interviewing or anything?

For anyone that is asking about Sharp Chula Vista, I was supposed to have a Microsoft Teams virtual interview next week. But one of their admin team contacted me to tell me that Sharp Chula Vista is postponing all new grad interviews until January 2021.

My interview is for Dec 9th.

I did hear from Sharp Memorial. Received an interview offer for their neuro/trauma unit. They give you the option to choose an in-person or virtual interview.

Hey everyone,

I have an interview coming up for the Orthopedic/Genera Surg floor at Grossmont. 
I was wondering if anyone has sample interview questions I could practice with or if anyone has info on what they ask?
