SHARP New Grad Program Spring 2021

Hi,

I just wanted to start a thread on any updates anyone has regarding Sharp's New Grad Program for the start of March 2021.

So far I've received an email from HR to rank my top 2 units for their acute floor at Memorial. I've seen many others have received the same (for their other hospitals as well), any updates or a timeline of responses would be appreciated. ?

Specializes in MICU / Neuro ICU.

Has anyone heard anything about MICU at grossmont?

^^that is not accurate

last time I spoke with a friend who is a new grad they said the rate  is 44.88 but 4% increase with a BSN so 46.67

My offer was $46.23 + $4.50 night shift differential and 4% bc of my BSN which totals to 52.76/hr

Anyone know if sharp accepts interim RN permits? Interviewing this week for a start date in Jan but I’m not taking my NCLEX until January so I’m not sure if they would be accepting of an interim or what
