SHARP New Grad Nurse Residency Program Winter 2022-2023

Hi all! I am starting this thread for those who have applied/are going to apply for the Sharp New Grad RN residency for Winter 2022-2023! 

 

I interview for the Nuero/stroke PCU unit this Monday. ------------------------- said we should be receiving a call back with a decision either way tomorrow (Wednesday). Did anyone else interview for the nuero/stroke unit ?

May I ask what unit and why there was a second interview? I’m kinda scared now bc I didn’t have a second interview

Hi! I would not worry about not having a second interview. My second interview was with PCU/CHF. I did not apply for that unit but they felt like the unit would be a better fit for me.

Anyone interviewing with Sharp Grossmont ED on Friday received more info? Where to go, etc?

November 10. I think all the CV residency nurses have orientation the same day. What unit are you going to be working in?

I haven't heard anything yet. I interviewed Friday 10/14 and my last reference submitted their response yesterday.

I am a bit worried because I did not get the email about references, but I had submitted recommendation letters prior to the interview. Hopefully we get some good news
