Creating this thread for those who’ve applied to Sharp New Grad Residency for March 2022!

I chose L&D at SMB as my first choice and was wondering if anyone else did so/has had an update to their portal ?

I got an interview for MICU Grossmont haven't heard back since.

No, it’s on Microsoft Teams. Maybe they will continue to contact people next week for the interviews! ??

Hi everyone! I had an interview with Mary birch & then got an email to submit references. Has anyone heard anything?

Hi! That’s great ? I also interviewed and received that reference request after my interview. I was called with a verbal job offer last Tuesday, so you may be getting the same soon!!

They called me yesterday & said they never got my reference survey from HR. They don’t know what happened! They are looking into it today, hoping for good news!

Congrats on the job offer! What unit is it for? How was your interview?  I have an interview at Mary Birch next week in the NICU.

Thank you ? It was for the labor and delivery unit. Congrats on the interview and good luck!! Interview wasn’t too bad, about 10-15 questions. There was a lot of scenario questions like tell me a time when you had a conflict with a patient, etc.

Thank you! Sorry for all the questions but how long after your interview did you receive your job offer? Also, any tips for acing the interview? Thank you for your reply.
