Creating this thread for those who’ve applied to Sharp New Grad Residency for March 2022!

I chose L&D at SMB as my first choice and was wondering if anyone else did so/has had an update to their portal ?

Yes! I have been a little worried because I didn’t get a reference check email after the call, but I already work for Sharp so I’m thinking that’s why. Have you gotten your official offer letter yet?

They might just speak directly to your manager since you already work there. I actually just got it earlier today.

Hey everyone, has anyone started the hiring process for SCVMC? Like received official offer letter or anything?

Not an official letter, just the email in mid December. I just remember sending the RN experience document and a week later they completed my reference check up & that was it. I just assumed the process was taking awhile because I still don’t have my license

That's where I'm at too. I'm just getting a little antsy since I haven't heard from them since December. I hope they get the process moving soon!

I reached out to the nurses who interviewed me this week because I was getting nervous as well. She told me they were going to contact HR to find out how the hiring process is going. So that eased my mind a little.
