Dear "Sister"s and Bros,
Continuing Nursing education or Continuous Professional Development on my mind.Looking for online option that is free.Do share any source for truly free CPD programs that you come across here.I mean no hidden costs !...I have been looking for such resources and usually there is a membership fee and per course fee in the sites I have come across. Still not giving up and looking for free resources in continuing nursing education. Will update with what I find as soon as I find one truly free.
Thanks in advance for contributors who have been luckier than me in finding such resources and sharing them here with others like me...

I use www.medpagetoday.com; http://www.cmecorner.com; http://www.nursingspectrum.com, to name a few. Why don't you just google "Free Nursing CEU"? There are plenty of sites out there.
Will you join me in reviewing these sites. So far I have found that limited courses are free in the sites mentioned in Free Nursing Continuing education thread and there is a subscription required for unlimited CNE for eg in [TABLE=width: 273]

The "ce.nurse.com/unlimitedce/" is not free...you must be a member of the site which cost about $44; than you get unlimited access to CEs. I didn't look up the other.
