Hey all,

I just wanted to start a thread for those who are applying to San Francisco State University's ABSN program at the San Marcos campus. This is for the summer 2020 start date.

btw I just got an email stating my denial to the program so that should mean acceptance emails should be coming!! good luck everyone ??

I did. I was wondering how they are going to select people to place in each of the programs (or if they'll have space to place us at all).

Yeah same! Just curious, what does your admissions status on the student portal say? Mine says my application was denied effective 3/25, though I never received any emails about that yet I got this one.

I had the same note on 3/25 too. My guess is they weren't going to accept anyone, so maybe they rejected everyone? Very strange...

Yeah I really hope that’s the case. I emailed the nursing department about it so hopefully I can get it confirmed by tomorrow, and when I do I’ll update ya!

Hi all, I also received a denial email yesterday evening with no other explanation besides having too many applications. I am curious what the email said to those who were offered a spot?? or was anyone offered a spot? Let me know ?

if they cancelled the whole application round, I hope the send refunds for transcripts & app fee ? I understand the precaution for health and whatnot but we put forth the effort to apply, not our fault something changed.

Does anyone know stats of accepted or denied people?  What are they looking for in the ABSN? thank you!
