I did not see a thread about Seton hall's accelerated nursing program starting in the fall 2015 so I decided to create one. I recently had an interview with Seton hall for the accelerated nursing program and I'm very eager to hear back from them with their decision because I am very interested in the program. Is there anyone else in this position? Also, is there anyone who was in this program and can tell me about their experience with the program. Any feedback would be appreciated!
I live in an apartment complex in Jackson 5 miles from Georgian court called Prospect point. The rent is 1200 a month for a one bedroom unfortunately nothing cheaper and extra sewer and other fees usually jack it up even higher. There is a pool and a gym though. If you're going to need housing I'd recommend finding a friend to split the rent with in a one bedroom in Jackson. There's several apartment complexes on county line road less than ten miles from the campus near lots of supermarkets and stores. Lakewood is not a good place to rent. I have lived in the next town over for 5 years. Trust me.
Might be good to call. Since you just recently paid your deposit, it might take a little while for the clinical paperwork to arrive. It took 2-3 weeks from when my deposit was paid.
I am in contact with (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) and she has replied to my confirmation of enrollment email. I'll give it a week then contact her again. She said some letters were late to go out. I am just nervous to get all my doctors appointments and other shots and such done in time. But I'm sure they will make sure we are all set in time. I'm very very excited! It is bittersweet for me to say that I will not be joining you in the Seton Hall class this fall. After a long wait I have accepted a spot at Johns Hopkins University Accelerated Masters Program. It has been really awesome getting to know and celebrate with you all.

As long as the Facebook Page only has a few likes, I'd like to make a Facebook Group to use instead since it will allow for privacy for membership and our posts, plus we can see who the other group members are and contact them. I need be friends with at least one of you to create the group so look for a friend request from Gerry Harrington (I hope I can use my own name on here!).
It looks like the deadline for all the clinical clearance tests and such was moved to July 1 as shown on the site where we have to send all our information in. Is everyone going to make it by the deadline? I wonder what happens if you don't get everything in by that time.
