@lovepeacelove i didnt really asked and they didnt offer that information. However, they did tell me that the internal vs external preference applied only for the selection of those to be interviewed, so i u get an interview with HR, you shouldnt worry about being external anymore. I am an external and got an interview.

I just got a physical rejection letter...there was 1000 applicants for 19 openings?!!

Are you sure that was for CHLA?? I just got the same rejection letter today, but it was for CHOC...

Oh, strange! I got a letter from CHOC saying they had over 1000 applicants for 19 positions...so weird!

I got the same letter as well from CHOC. From what I read in the prior posts, i heard CHLA got 400 applicants, are giving 100 interviews.. by the way, the wait should be coming to an end in another 2 weeks or so for those that interviewed with the nurse recruiters... AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
