SC1- An understanding of the EQUiP National standards and a willingness to be involved in Quality Improvement activities.

SC2- Demonstrated computer skills with willingness to learn and use electronic medical information and reporting systems

SC3- Demonstrated well developed organisational and problem solving skills

SC4- An understanding of the nurse's role and responsibilities in the use of practice development principles to engage with patients/clients and guide others in the provision of a high standard of care

SC5- Demonstrated well developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

SC6- Demonstrated commitment to professional development

SC7- Current Authority to Practice as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with or without medication endorsement.

SC8- Recent experience as Enrolled Nurse in the acute setting

Since SC8 references "Enrolled Nurse", it might be better to ask the question in the World Nursing forum under the Australia thread. A majority of the members on this site are US educated nurses and would not know what "EQUiP National standards" are.
