I didn't find any threads on Seattle University BSN for Fall 2014; just wanted to know who else is applying!
I was thinking the same thing Husky so I called them to confirm my address and to see if it was mailed out. Admission said it was mailed on Friday and to the correct address. they told me to wait a couple of days. Its getting very frustrating. I wish they could just tell me over the phone.
I just called the office as well, and the gentleman said the same thing (it was mailed on Friday so it should be delivered within this week)...I guess I was just kind of getting ancy since several people have posted about getting their acceptance letters already. I'll be checking my mailbox a little later because I think I checked too early, so I'll post if I do or do not get a letter.
Hey Brooke,
So nothing in the mail for me today either. I don't know what to say except that I obviously will now just wait for the mail to come whenever it does. I am still trying to stay positive but when I think objectively, I'm honestly thinking I did not get accepted if I have not gotten my packet by now.
Although I know that they sent out all the mail together on Friday (so if I received any decision it should still have arrived at the same time), I'm still not sure....I'll stop rambling but I'm praying that we can both find out tomorrow!!
Thank you Justdance, congrats to you as well. I'm one class away from my AA in pre-nursing and its Chem2. I have more than enough credits to go in as junior but I was wondering if they would want me to complete the AA.
You should definitely complete your AA, if you do you will go in as a junior. If you don't you will have to complete the lower level core classes, and that is more money, and time at SU.
csweet, Thanks for the advice. I will not unfortunately have my AA but I have looked at my unofficial transcript online and the only Core course I will have to make up is one. So hopefully I can get that done. I was just worried that I would get accepted without my AA but it is good to know that all I will have to do is complete the courses before graduation, right?

I think that is right. There are no classes during summer quarter in between jr and sr year-so that might be a good time to complete core the lower level core classes. If you have other questions, I would email Kelly Fanning (you can search for her name on the SU website). :)

collegebound90, I think you need the AA because having it waives some of those University Core classes like Module III's 'Religion in a Global Context' and one of the other Module III requirements as well as the Module I core requirements. (I've been researching this all morning). :)
