Anyone applying for 2015 start?!?

I'm just coming out from lurking and wanted to wish everyone luck as we nervously play the waiting game!

Ah! I wish I saw this thread before I applied. I emailed the APNI program coordinator (A.H.) and she said the personal statement should be size 12 font, single spaced, 2 pages and fairly easy to read. So I adhered to that but looking at this thread, it seems like everyone did double spaced ahh!

I absolutely love the app tracker Seattle u has. I'm still waiting for everything to be checked off!

Seattle U is one of my top choices so I hope I'm able to get in. My undergrad GPA isn't great but I was glad to hear that they are more concerned with the last 60/90 units!

Oh and I called in SU and they said their avg GRE is 300, but it is not weighed that much. And for prerequisites I talked with AH about mine because she's the one that signs off on them. I'm pretty sure you guys know who AH is since we cant write names haha.

I would not worry about it if she said that's ok! I adhered to 2 pages, double space, size 12 font since that is what AH said at the 10/1 info session. I'm not too worried about it, it's done now. :)

Yeah I like the apptracker too but one of the transcripts I sent in still isn't checked off and I know they received it because I called in to check haha. I submitted on like 11/16!

I love and hate the app tracker because I find myself checking it all the time! Maybe if they made it harder to log into it I wouldn't check it obsessively?

Just as I was saying that hadn't updated my transcripts they actually finished doing that. Just got an e-mail from them: Your application to the Master of Science in Nursing, Advanced Practice Nursing Immersion, Family Practice specialization program has been fully processed by our office and will now be forwarded to the academic department for review. You can continue to monitor the status of your application using application tracker. If admitted, we will notify you of any provisional documents that are still required.

zoiKers did you receive an email because you asked them about the status of your application/transcripts or just because? I realized I never received a confirmation email even though everything has been submitted (and shows received on app tracker) since late October. I just sent them an email tonight to be sure.

No, I didn't contact the office. They just sent it to me. When I submitted I didn't get an e-mail that I submitted but if you check your application it tells you that you submitted so if that gives you reassurance. I only got an e-mail about my payment for the application fee.

I got the same letter on 4 Nov, which is weird because on the actual application tracker it says my application was not received until 12 Dec. Anyone have any idea what that's about?

So I just checked on my tracker and if you click "go to detail view" it shows 12/12 for me too! But if you click "task view" it shows the date I submitted. Maybe 12/12 is when they updated it because they had all the materials? At least you know your application is complete from that e-mail.

You're probably right. And Ii you're seeing the same thing on your app then I'm not going to worry about it.
