Hi everyone ?
I noticed that the only forums about SCVMC's (Santa Clara Valley Medical Center) new grad/clinical nurse I positions were from 2022, so I was hoping to start a new one for this year as interviews roll around and new positions become available.

During classes it's usually in an actual classroom not like in zoom.
When we're in clinicals we start off with tasks like meds all shift, then assessments all shift, then charting all shift. We then start multitasking like meds and assessments all shift, until we do all of them.
They also talk about some of the extra help differences but don't quite remmebr what they saadi. It should be on the thread called SCVMC 2022 tho if anyone is interested!!

I just read the thread you mentioned! Many blessings to u for asking these questions! It was really helpful !

Oh what! The shifts are variable? So we won't only be working the shift stated on our offer letter?

Well that was my impression? But I didn't have a set shift on my offer letter, but I also only received an email about a verbal offer letter, so I don't know if the circumstances are different here...
If anyone has an perspectives and can weigh in on here, it'd be much appreciated!
