Scrubs for the slim

What is a really great brand of scrubs that fit slim girls? Im on the long and petite side and it's difficult to find scrub top that dont make me look frumpy or are too short for my torso. What brands would you recommend that are slightly fitted or fit a little more snugly on those of us who are slim?

I always thought petite was about how thin you were. Lol i've been called petite and slim my whole life.

& I've NEVER heard of a 300lb petite person.

I think "dainty" is the word you're looking for. Or maybe "waifish".

When looking at scrubs (and let's be real, basically all clothes as someone who is petite and who must shop in that section of the store), petite refers to the length of the inseam, no matter what the dictionary may say. What you are looking for when you say "petite" as a tall person is that you want a smaller size.

Petite is related to the inseam of the individual. You can be thin or thick and still be petite. Im thin and tall and I have no issues finding scrubs . I buy scrubs that are extra small and have a tall inseam. They fit me perfectly and some of the pants are even very long ( I'm 5'8). I usually wear scrubs from the brand scrub zone

Technically, since everyone seems hung up on the word petite, you could wear petite scrubs without being petite. So, your first sentence seems correct based on the way manufacturers label clothes, but the second is wrong based on what the word actually means in other instances. I could have a line of scrubs and use kangaroo, llama, and butterfly instead of small, medium, and large, but wearing kangaroo size scrubs doesn't make you a kangaroo. In the same way, if manufacturers use petite to indicate short then you can wear petite scrubs without being petite, because that word means short and thin (literally in French it means "small").

OP, the issue you are having is that you are tall and thin and are having a hard time finding scrubs because of the length. Petite refers to stature. A petite person is short and usually thin. It makes me wonder if the reason you are having an issue is you have been trying on petite pants for scrubs. Have you ever wandered into the petite dept of a Dept store? They do sell scrubs in a tall length. My advice is to go and try some on in a store like Scrubs and Beyond. That is what I did. I like the Koi scrubs but I have to buy petite because I am short. I'm 5'1" with a big butt and giant boobs. I'm the exact opposite of you. I went and tried on several brands until I found one I liked. I know many brands make a junior fit now. A junior fit top may work for you. Just go and try them on.
