Scripps New Grad RN June/August 2020

Hey! Just wanted to start a thread for those that have submitted an app for the Scripps New Grad RN. Looking back at past threads, I'm not entirely sure how they choose people for interviews. It seems to be random with both external and internal applications.

Does anyone know which department/s they are interviewing with? Like what departments the panel consists of?

My first choice was La Jolla.. but my status still says "under review" I wonder if they passed on me ?

So I did my externship at Scripps, and they all told me Scripps only hired Med-Surg new grads. And then you can transfer to other departments after you complete the new grad program

I didn’t notice that during my interview. But I have had other interviews which they graded me on a scale of 1 to 5, depending on how strong my response was.
