  1. I think having some type of RN experience helped because I’m external as well. I did my preceptorship at a scripps clinic, had ACLS, PALS, NRP, basically every cert you could think of, 4.0 GPA, 3 letters of rec, joined multiple nursing associations, and my first TWO times applying I didn’t get looked at. This time the only thing I added was my 1 month RN experience and I got an interview!
  2. Ohhh I see! Thank you! I kept getting 4’s and was nervous the scale might be 1-10!! Haha
  3. Did anyone else notice the panel writing numbers down based on our answers?
  4. Yes, I got an interview with them on the 26th!
  5. I just received an interview as well! Anyone interviewing with CV mercy?
  6. Hello Everyone! I just received my video interview, which seems kinda late but I was just wondering if anyone else applied to the St. Mary's location?
  7. Congrats to everyone who has gotten an interview so far! Does everyone who received an interview have hospital experience (like as a CNA, HCP, etc.)? I am just wondering if that is what sets me apart from everyone else since I don't have any hospital experience besides clinical. Thanks!
  8. Hey guys, My status did not change at all last time. I am applying a second time also. I have my ADN and enrolled in a RN-to-BSN program. Currently my status hasn't changed but hopefully it will! Good luck to everyone! I picked the Chula Vista location as my first because it's 8 minutes away from me.
