Hi, for those who have gotten offers, there isn't anything we can do for the "on-boarding" until we are emailed the official offer letters, right? I haven't sent anything in or filled anything out.

Yeah, I haven't gotten anything either but they should come by this week.

Anyone have issues with their employee profile that they need to be corrected? I tried calling -------------, left a voicemail, but no call back yet. Has anyone been able to get into contact with her?

No, I haven't gotten a call back from her yet. My task is due today so ill probably give her another call this afternoon if she doesn't get back to me soon. Is yours due today as well? Could you let me know if she gets in touch with you, katherine112?

Does anyone know if we have to go to the lab the same day of our physical appointment? My physical isn't for another 4 weeks, but I'd like to get everything done as soon as I can. Also, I ask this because In the email we received after scheduling our physical it says to get it completed a few days before the physical but on the on-boarding process list that explains each phase, it says its highly recommended to do the physical and lab draw on the same day.

What is everyone else doing?

Im going to go the same day as my physical since my appointment is on the 3rd and I'm moving in on the 1st; I won't have time to go a few days earlier.

Me too kkdj. I am really surprised to randomly get the email. I wonder when we will hear back or when the deadline is for the other candidates. Crossing my fingers too!!

No I haven't. Have you? She said in the email that we probably wouldn't hear anything til the last minute which kind of stinks. Do you know how many people are alternates? Or do you know anything? She have me no information except sit and wait and I don't want to call and bug her, because she probably doesn't have any info.
