Hey everyone!

Just wanted to start a thread for the Scripps New Grad application for the Jan/March 2019 cohorts that opened 9/17-9/19 so we could keep each other updated and calm our nerves :)

I'd love to know if anyone else here applied while still in school! I graduate in Dec but figured it wouldn't hurt to apply and see if my stuff makes t past ATS.

Interviews are on Oct. 22 and 23 and based on previous cohorts status changes/interview invites seem to go out between Oct.3-Oct 13th! But who knows- their rules can always change!

I don't think they respond. If they send you an email with the interview details then you are good. They just want you to reply a simple yes or no if you can make it.

Yes very intense! definitely be ready for the rapid fire round questions (20+)! I had a panel of 3, all were very nice and made me feel comfortable. Dont have to worry about parking or finding the room, very easy to find.

Did anyone else interview for the Scripps La Jolla DEU?

I interviewed with the Scripps mercy sd panel! There was 5 of them! Those rapid fire questions were intense. I was stumped on one of the questions. They also asked my my preference for unit. I was honest with them.. so hopefully that won't affevt my chances.

They are interviewing 125 people Monday and 125 on Tuesday... on 25 get spots

Did they tell you it was only going to be 25? or did you get that info from that paper?

Because past cohorts its been around 40 and since this is for January and March you would think they want the same for both?

Yeah that's why I'm confused too. I'm hoping she meant 25 for EACH Jan and March. She didn't specify. But the lady you check in with said only 25... and that wasn't per hospital... it was total

omg! I hope they are wrong haha and its around 40 for each cohort!

@NG2018NG i interviewed with La Jolla DEU today! i forgot to ask when the program would start though.

@nasafo it says on their website that we would start on 1/07/18 or 3/18/19 depending on which one they put you in.
