what school are you looking into??

Published

Hi Everyone!! I thought it might be fun to see what school everyone is looking into and what semester/year. It would be fun if we got in and knew someone!! so I'll start off.

Iam looking into kaplan college-sacramento this fall and csi college-vacaville this fall.

I am finishing up pre-req's this fall and spring and applying to Stevenson University and UMAB in Maryland for 2010. Stevenson for a BSN and UMAB for a MSN. I have a bachelor's already in Speech/Language Pathology.

St Pete College for fall 2010!! Only have Statistics left...keeping my fingers crossed!

I still have 4 more pre-requisites to take, so I will not be applying until summer/fall 2010. I am planning to apply to the direct-entry masters programs at UCLA, UCSF, CSULA, WesternU, and SMU. A few out of state schools have caught my interest, but I am not decided on if I want to deal with the finances. I am also looking at Accelerated BSN programs, but have not yet made up my mind on those either.

Fall 2010--SFSU; Cal State East Bay--hopefully concord campus

I'm here in Atlanta so...Summer 2010 - Univ. of West GA or one of these for the Fall 2010: Georgia State Univ. (I got my BS here, so I'd love to just go back for the BSN-accelerated program), Kennesaw State (accelerated program), Emory Univ, Georgia Baptist College of Nursing (Mercer Univ), or Clayton State. Whoever will take me!

I'm looking into Chicago nursing programs such as the ones offered by Rush, Loyola, DePaul, and UIC. Open to suggestions still! I should be finished with my prereqs by next year December if everything goes smoothly. Very tense and nervous. :(

Specializes in ICU / PCU / Telemetry / Oncology.

Looking @ accelerated BSNs for 2010, still have to take micro, which I am dreading but hopefully will not be as bad an I am making it out to be. Columbia University in NYC is my first choice, followed by Georgetown in DC (for which I will have to complete 2 more prereqs - philosophy and nutrition - since they are a little different than most schools being that they are Catholic). No matter where I go for BSN, I still want to do my MSN @ Columbia.
