Hello!

Haven't seen a thread for Sac City's Fall 2020/Spring 2021 nursing application yet and thought I should create one. Good luck everyone! ?

We still have to keep in mind that there are mail in applications as well. I figure to add at least 75 to the number posted because some people out of area will use the mail for app and drive if accepted.

Good point! Probably over 75 I'm sure. Especially since they only take applications once a year.

My friend just dropped her app off at ARC today(she mailed in SCC). She was #297.

Thanks for the update! So I imagine they'll probably be over 350+ by Friday.

I was thinking that as well.

Hi guys! I dropped off my applications yesterday for scc and I was #133, arc was #253, and today (after a stressful transcript hiccup) with Sierra I was #123. I hope and pray that I get into somewhere! First time applying but I am hopeful!

Thanks so much for letting us know! It's my first time applying too and I'm applying everywhere possible! Fingers crossed for all of us!

I am hoping so much! So stressful! LOL. I wish they could create more nursing programs so people didn’t have to keep applying year after year....

I agree! Or at least get some more teachers so they can make each class bigger without being overwhelmed. Just let us in!! LOL

Does anyone know how many each program takes per semester? Like SCC, ARC, and Sierra

I don't know about ARC or Sierra, but SCC said they take 60 for sure (30 for fall and 30 for Spring) and 10-15 alternates for each of those semesters as well. So, around 80-90 total.

I asked my co-worker that got her RN from ARC last year. She says that ARC takes 30 applicants

My friend and I must have been right behind you Jordanlindsey7. We turned ours in at SCC and were number 138/139 and ARC 258/259.
