hello everyone,
I have used so many books for this test and no luck, so this time arround im using saunders 4th edition, using it as never before. It seems useful to me, but would like to hear people's opinion towards it.
Just want to know if anyone has used only this book with the accompany CD and pass Nclex-rn.
your opinion is highly appreciated.
thanks.

Several people have done so. But your time would be better spent studying than looking for the individual posts in this forum to see who only used Saunders and who used multiple resources.
caliotter3,
You have been a nice person and useful to most people in this forum but i think your encouragement will help me more than to be killing my sprit. i know why i asked that question, you dont know how i feel or my present condition before i choose to ask people from the forum.
pls im not wasting my time, i still have focus in what im doing, that i haven't passed this test does not mean that im stupid.
Just as silverdragon suggested, i searched and found out that many have asked this same question and people answered them responsibly.
THANK YOU FOR SPOILING MY DAY.

I got Saunders 4th edition from my library after reading on here that it helped so many people.
I used it to study everyday and I used the CD religiously!!! I passed this time with that. This is coming from someone who took the Kaplan course the first time and it really did not help me but Saunders really was what I needed!!
I have learned from the forum that everyone is different and that everyone has success with different things. Some people swear by Kaplan, Hurst and Exam Cram. I swear by Saunders!!!
Something else that helped me is that I took a spiral notebook and I wrote down a lot of notes in it. Stuff like lab values, electrolytes, infection control, signs and symptoms of different disorders, drugs and endocrine. I took it with me everywhere and I would look at it on breaks at work, in the car (as a passenger, not driving) and pretty much any time I had a chance.
You can do this!!! It does not matter what anyone up here says to you! You made it through nursing school and you will make it through this!! I am pulling for you!!

I used Saunders 4th edition only. I read it cover to cover and answered Saunders Q&A and NCLEX4000. It would be better for you to use only 1 source since different books would drive you crazy in terms of lab values, etc. I read the book on my first month and did 100 question/day on my succeeding months. The good thing about Saunders is that it really is very very very easy to understand. It worked for me on my 1st try with 75 questions. I know it will work for you trust me.. Goodluck and listen for other advices as well to have more broad ideas regarding Saunders.
WannabRN86 & Xterpogz,
May God who sees my bleeding heart bless you.
You lifted up my spirit again, i will input more effort using saunders and with your advice and encouragement i will pass with it.
Thank you so much for your understanding.
