Hello to everyone..Can I ask anyone who is working with MOH saudi Arabia? Can I ask if they are offering a 1 year contract? Can you give me also an idea regarding their exam? Thank you in advance. Godbless!
hi mean gurl. i also applied in an agency for UK, but it has taken too long still with no progess at all. i really wanted to work abroad but got only 9 months experience as of the moment, presently employed. i planned to get by at POEA to inquire about opportunities to KSA. can you share with me what agency you have applied?
Need help regarding SRO guidlines.
Regarding the skul documents, I'd like to knwo the step by step procedure of aunthentication up to the DFA, the same for the PRC documents.
I also have a question regarding the COE, it was stared there that it should havethe dry seal of the hospital and the signature of the chief nurse and the medical director. In my case, it is impossible to do because I never worked in a hospital. I worked as an ambulance nurse and as a company nurse. Is it ok if i just pass our plain COE with the sginature of my employers? where exactly should I bring it before passing it to the DFA?

Hi sorry for the very late reply. may I know whats your agency for UK? It has been really slow on my part as well. have been thinking of going back to KSA for the mean time. i dint apply for KSA through any agency. I just went to POEA and submitted my documents.
medic28 same here I'm also an ambulance nurse we don't have a dry seal either thus i went to manila city hall for notary and authentication after getting my COE then i'll proceed to DFA for red ribbon. (Hence I also worked in the hospital for almost 2 yrs. before i become a medic)
Can't tell you much regarding the COE coz.. I'm to claim it 2day then -> DFA. try 2 upd8 you soon.
Regarding PRC:
1. Photocopy what document is needed. ex. Board certificate, Board passing etc..
2. PRC-> ask for a form to fill up your request (Authentication-DFA)
3. Fill it up then pay for metered stamp php20 per document.
4. Cashier again payment for authentication php75 per doc.
5. Either you come back to claim it or pay for the delivery of your papers (php300-up depends on the weight of your documents).
>> Don't worry procedures are written at the back of the form. Same thing when we asked for a copy of our board passing etc..
Hope this help...
Thanks! Did you also appy at SRO? If so, I assume you're not bound for King Saud medical complex as a medic because according to your profile you are a female? right?
Regarding the authentication of documents, Im almost done with it as of now. I'm just waiting for my PRc doc to be delivered to me, and I am scheduled to claim my COE next week and my schoold docs on the 24th both from the DFA. I just got my medical result at POEA later today and Im only about to attend the briefing tomorrow at POEA then the PDOS after, which I'm not sure when.
ATTENTION!
To those planning to apply as a nurse, here's a good news for you! They're hiring 1000 general nurses (minimum of 1yr. hospital work exp.) and 2000 specialized nurses (minimum of 2yrs. hospital work exp.), this is only for females though.. Deadline of submission of applicants as stated is August 30, 2010. Check this link for more details..

hello;) i just got the authenticated coe from city hall, thanks for your post i just realized it it a requirement to bring it to dfa for red ribbon, nobody told me to
I just would like to share this regarding the authentication requirements for the COE. You should first have an affidavit from an attorney, then have it authenticated by the "RTC" (room 401 in Manila city hall is the authentication section of Manila RTC I think, and I was told by an employee there that they are not with city govt, I think they're office is just located within the city hall bldg.) for those in the province, you can just have it authenticated in the RTC of your area for your convenience. Then you bring the authenticated docs to DFA at Libertad for authentication (red ribbon) as mentioned eralier by sizzyjet.
BTW, I just finished processing all my docs (almost exactly 1month hehe!) I'll be submitting my receipt for visa payment and authentication of docs by the Saudi embassy.
Hi every one! My final evaluation in SRO was last Aug.12, 2010... I am still waiting for their text for my flight schedule..
The letters written infront of my folder was in Arabic. One of the ex-saudi that I met in SRO said that it was AL-QASSIM....and some numbers written under it (which I don't know if it was my salary offer).
Can you give me some info about the place please...
I have no idea on which part of Al-Qassim will I be assigned and which hospital.
I am under MOH. I heard that MOH applicants will get higher salary than HOP, right?
Please guide me.. Thank you and God bless...:redpinkhe

Being in MOH is like a game of luck. You dont know what hospital/dispensary you will be working with until you arrive in the Kingdom. Rumor has it that MOH provides higher salary than HOP but its a case to case basis I think cause in our hospital, we have the same salary and benefits. Im under HOP. The only difference is the number of vacation days wherein HOP has only 30 days and MOH has 45 days. Others prefer to be in HOP because the processing of papers is quick as well as booking of tickets in going back home. So, its basically the same. :-)

yup muslim applicants have the advantage. they arent even required to be licensed in their home country. i have a few male colleagues who waited almost a year for their deployment. just try to submit your papers and wait for their text. good luck!
