Are the real-live NCLEX SATA as difficult as the Kaplan ones? Because I think, out of 3000 q's (not sure how many were SATA), I've gotten two or three SATA right ... seriously worried about this.

I didn't study with Kaplan, I used Saunders....however, i did A LOT of SATA questions and rarely got them right. Always like one answer off!...but we all know, that doesn't matter. My test was comprised of atleast 11 SATA questions ((i stopped counting after that)), and consequently, i thought i surely failed. However, the computer shut off at 85 questions and i found out i passed this morning
If I can survive that many SATA questions, anyone can. Just take your time, read through the question, and you'll do fine.

answering those SATA type questions is scary 1 mistake and its wrong T_T... you just need to learn the content and connect everything to the choices and question

My success comes in streaks...I can set up the Saunders CD to do nothing but 10 question Select all that apply questions. One quiz I'll get a 90 or 100%, the next I'll get a 50%. Whoooo knows =(

I had 10 or 12 SATA questions on my NCLEX out of 75 questions. Just look at those questions as "yes or no" or " true or false" for each option. A lot of my SATA questions were pretty basic. The NCLEX exam is not too bad if you stay calm and concentrate. I was freaking out before the exam, but I just told myself before going into the testing center that it was only a test, and I will pass it.

My view on SATA questions is to do the best I can and let the chips fall where they may.

I had 10 SATAs yesterday (yes I kept a tally on my whiteboard, ha) out of 75 questions. I didnt think they were that bad. I used Saunders SATAs to study and I would average around 70-80% when I did those.

SATA really sucks. I never do well on those. Thank God I only had about 5 or 6 on the exam. Most people I know had trouble with them too and still passed, so just continue studying and you will do fine.

Some are easier than Kaplan and downright basic.
Some are on par with Kaplan
Good luck.
