Hey guys and gals. I noticed there wasn't a thread for people applying to the Delta Nursing program for Spring 2017, yet, so I thought I'd start one. This is a good place to talk to one another to post/share information about the application process and your experiences and/or questions. Good luck everyone!
I believe the CPR, Liability Insurance, and All immunizations are due on castlebranch by Jan 4th. I just think we need to pay for it by the 30th. Also the packet explains that you can get the liability insurance from NSO. My enrollment date isn't until Nov 23rd. Is anyone taking the English 33A class that is offered and explained in the packet?
I called the school and they said that everything needs to be done by Jan 4. You should be signed in on Castlebranch by the 30 and although it says everything is due by the 30th is actually isn't. However on castlebranch did u notice that there isn't a place to upload page 24 and 27 from our packet? I am not sure where we upload those forms?
I submitted my paperwork through kaiser to be filled out but it takes 5-7 business days for the dr to fill them out. Plus the two step tb. So I'm a little worried about time. I don't register until dec.1 so I'll most likely be stuck with whatever is open! How about you?
Just curious how you got the ball rolling with Kaiser? I emailed my Primary Care Physician but I haven't heard back from him. I made an appointment for the physical, but I'm assuming some lab work prior would move this along faster?
Thanks in advance!
I just emailed my doctors over the weekend asking if they could order blood tests for mmr, varicella, Hepb. I luckily already the titer results...? So I submitted everything into medical secretaries to be filled out by the dr. When I didn't hear back at first I also called 688 2106 and had them leave the office a message.
