hey there Astroxy. I was wondering the same thing. I am supposed to check off that I completed those and submit the signature page but I haven't done those and cannot figure out for the life of me where those are located to do them.

pat.mo I was told that they made an error and it will be changed to DHM for both NURSADN 001 and NURSADN 002. I got an early registration date and you would punch in the DHM code and both would say SJGH. After I emailed a few times they wrote back that they will change them both to DHM. So far only one was changed but I'm going to take them at their word that it will be there (said while crossing fingers and toes). I'm taking what I have heard from other classmates that we have to have our background paid for and started by the 30th.

akuhlman9 they want MMR and varicella. you need a tetorifice and flu shot. you need proof of 3 Hep B vaccinations or a titer also

There is a place in Manteca that does the BLS for healthcare providers several times a month. So does the stockton FD

I didn't receive one after I accepted. I found the codes in the packet. The only problem that I found is that when I entered the code for DMC (Doctor's Medical Center) it says that I am in the class but shows it at SJGH (San Joaquin General Hospital). So I picked Lodi Memorial for ease of getting there so early in the morning. BUT, if there is in fact a location at DHM I want that one instead. It is 10 min from my house and I can then use a different kind of childcare for my kids those days. If any of you find out before me if there is in fact a DMH class then please post! I still can't find the FB page that was created. I even copied and pasted what was written.

Hi everyone! I am so behind all of you when it comes to submitting the background paperwork etc. I better get to it! I couldn't register for my classes because the class #'s are "******". Anyone know how to register?
