Hi friends, my name is John. I'm new here and wanted to start a thread for those applying for the Fall 2014 admission at SJDC. I've read similar threads about past classes and found them interesting and informative.
I just finished up Physiology (still nervously waiting for my grade) and I'll be taking the TEAS at Modesto JC on 12/20. After that I'll be putting together my application!
I just noticed on Delta's ADN site that the TEAS will be offered at the Stockton campus the second week of January. Still no information on when the actual application period is going to be.
Anybody else want to share any thoughts, concerns, rumors, or advice?
I just registered and it feels so real now. I'm getting more excited and nervous each day lol. I selected SJMC with the lady instructor.
Has anyone registered yet? Wondering if anyone else got Doctors Manteca? I live in Tracy, but couldn't do the sat/sun, so took Manteca instead of Tracy Sutter.
Cool. You should get it, we're still early in registration. I looked up that instructor and she had good reviews, plus I wanted St. Joes. I picked that site and instructor for both 01L and 02L.
Oh and by the way, registration is different than how I've added classes before. I thought you go to the open class schedule and add the class like that but you just add the codes that were given to us through the email attachment. Just make sure that when the class adds, it comes up with the instructor you want. If we're talking about the same instructor, her codes are for the first SJMC on the list. Just an FYI. :)
I'm set to register tomorrow, and I'm hoping for that one!

I sent an email asking for confirmation they have received my teas test scores last week (I think on 6/16). I still haven't heard anything! I'm getting really nervous bc everything is due tomorrow. I hope they're just really busy and haven't responded to emails? Maybe? I just sent another email, just in case they did not get the original.
So I just registered ! I was sad that the clinical instructor that was recommended to me was full but I am still excited :) Who else taking clinicals at SJMC with Meza ?? I will also be taking the English 33A course just for the first week then I am dropping it. There will be guest speakers and tips during that week, I was told that this class assigns extra work even if it is online it still takes away from study time for our other classes.
