  1. Thank you. I'm thinking about seeing if I can find someone a bit higher up to email. Maybe I've moved on to the next stage of grieving, but I'm just mad now. It said in The checklist, they needed a copy of the SS card for the #, I don't see how a signature affects the #. They had my signature on so many other things! Like my DL! I wish my local school would drop the lottery, it's just wrong!
  2. Thanks :/ I'm mostly mad at myself. This is my third year trying to get in somewhere. I've mostly been dealing with lotteries, second time applying with SJDC. I'm taking the last class to get my AS degree, then I will retake my teas for a high score... Hopefully I can get into stockton, or somewhere else soon. I'm so sick of this game. This was just heart breaking
  3. it wasn't mentioned at all actually, just a copy of your SS card was needed for the # to do background checks etc.... I emailed them, but as of yet no reply. I'm so depressed over this right now. It'd be one thing if it was my grades or... Something bigger! But this? It's totally my fault, but maybe a phone call or email telling me to correct this would have been nice.... Personally, I couldn't do that to someone.
  4. I just learned I was disqualified because I failed to sign my social security card. I am completely sick right now. I feel like a complete idiot. I hope those who were in this weird little group with me get in. I'm going to go crawl in a hole and cry now. i just looked up the checklist, it doesn't say signed SS card.... But still, I'm an idiot
  5. Ok, well I'm glad I'm not the only one. That was a good ides to attach the ATI receipt. I'm just going to assume they're too busy to get back to us.
  6. Just a heads up, after running around trying to figure out where to hand it in. It's the information desk in admissions & records, not HSN department in the Locke building as the packet states.
  7. ?: I sent an email asking for confirmation they have received my teas test scores last week (I think on 6/16). I still haven't heard anything! I'm getting really nervous bc everything is due tomorrow. I hope they're just really busy and haven't responded to emails? Maybe? I just sent another email, just in case they did not get the original.
  8. I'm handing my documents in on Monday. I'm so nervous they won't like something, anything! Lol. I'm still trying to keep my excitement down, but my fingers will be crossed tightly! I wonder how many people were asked to send in supporting documents?
  9. They emailed me saying they have open spots, based on my score they are inviting me to send in supporting documents, my deadline is June 26. The only extra points I have is a license and 200+ hrs of exp. only giving me 1 point, lol. Other than that everything is fairly straight forward. Im nervous to get excited about this, it's a strange situation, I mean... Everyone else was accepted so long ago! I wonder if there will be a alternate list at this point? I'm picking up my official transcripts tomorrow, I plan on hand delivering everything Wednesday. This is going to be a long wait! I'll just keep my fingers crossed until July 14th
  10. We won't know for sure until July 14th, I wonder what the registration process will be like for us then???
  11. Well.... You're just scaring me now! I've been working on getting in somewhere for 3 years now, this is my second time applying with SJDC. If I don't get in this time, I will retake my teas, all my other pts are really good, I have A's in all sciences except for physio (B) and English (B). I only got 78 on my teas though :/ (I messed up my scantron about 1/2 way through the math section *DOH*! I was just looking at the schedule, what's the deal with the 6:30 am class?
  12. I called and it went to voicemail. I was able to track down my supervision :) I'll just send in the letter to be safe. I'm picking up my transcripts next week, then off to Stockton I go!
  13. About the supporting documents: Can someone clarify this for me, Under Criterion 1D: current licensed healthcare worker w/ direct patient care.... it is asking for a copy of my current license, it doesn't say specifically for a document of proof for the 200 hrs of volunteer exp. Should I send it anyway? I have a certificate stating I have 240 hrs of extern exp. from the school I attended, would that be enough? Should I get a letter from my supervisor? I'm not sure if I even need it... Better be safe than sorry, right? It will be hard to track down the supervisor though.
  14. Wow, lucky us.... Maybe? Do they make more cuts after asking for supporting docs (provided your documents are in line with your application)? I'm fighting getting my hopes up, I'll just keep my fingers crossed!
  15. Hi everyone! So long story short.... I just received notice from SJDC to send in supporting doc's, very unexpected!!! So.... What does this mean? This is my third year in waiting to get into a program, is it safe to get excited maybe?
