Hi friends, my name is John. I'm new here and wanted to start a thread for those applying for the Fall 2014 admission at SJDC. I've read similar threads about past classes and found them interesting and informative.
I just finished up Physiology (still nervously waiting for my grade) and I'll be taking the TEAS at Modesto JC on 12/20. After that I'll be putting together my application!
I just noticed on Delta's ADN site that the TEAS will be offered at the Stockton campus the second week of January. Still no information on when the actual application period is going to be.
Anybody else want to share any thoughts, concerns, rumors, or advice?
Hi guys! Just wondering if anyone knows. Do you know where we are supposed to upload the immz and screening form on the e-value website. Are we supposed to upload this form under each immz requirement? I can't even put in the dates for the doses. I can only upload an attachment. Are you guys experiencing this as well?? I emailed the HS lady yesterday but have not got a response back yet.
Don't forget everything needs to be uploaded by Monday.
I am also having troubles with the dates on the immunization on e- value. I called today and the lady said basically add the pages to every section that the page has. Like one page has 3 different shots. Upload that page 3 times to the right section. I hope this helps and I hope I received the right info. Better to have it filled in, in all sections to cover your butt.
Thank you. I uploaded everything this morning. I just uploaded the screening form (all pages) to all immz requirements. For the titer ones though, I just added the actual titer lab result, not the screening form. I think that will be ok.

I just made it simple and scanned all 4 pages of immuns into one pdf and uploaded that same pdf to all of those categories to cover my ass. I figure they can sort it out if they want to make it complicated and weird in the first place.
Does everyone's e-value thing say "not met" on all your documents besides the background check and drug screen?? It was due yesterday right?
Mine's the same. After nervously checking E*Value over and over again I decided to give up and just let things fall where they may. It's out of our hands now, and as long as every criterion has a pdf attached to it we should be fine. At least, that's my hope

yes ! It has been updated ! :) I haven't gotten my Flu vaccine ------------ emailed me recommending that I do that or else I will have to wear a mask during clinicals
What is the E Value stuff about? is it for people who have already registered?
Its a database where you will be uploading all your documents (Immunization and certificate requirements like cpr and your drug/background check) to by a deadline ours was the 7th. you will get an email from ------------- giving you a UN and PW to log on. When you hear back from them about your acceptance you should ask them about it. We didn't get the email right away though but since you have less time idk how that would work.
