San Jacinto College ADN Fall 2009

U.S.A. Texas

Published

Hi everyone. Im wondering if any of you are planning on applying to San Jac ADN program or are in the program?

Lets talk about it here

I think they forget about all that. But I agree with everything said, they need to treat us like idiots with some of this stuff.

I'm just waiting on the clinical assignments...need to let my job know they start making our schedules this week and I'd hate to be that person that holds up everyone from getting their schedule in advance because I don't know which days I can work....you start to get the evil eye at work. Hopefully this week we should know...monday perhaps. studyin for health assessment is way worse than foundations...takes all I have to even focus and not fall asleep.

Well at least with all this studying, we should be smarter by Monday. It's fun to watch these medical shows and actually know some of the terminology they're using.

The evil eye. I feel like I get it sometimes in class haha.

And maybe this is just me, but I feel like Assessment is easier because it's got more practical applications. Foundations is like, caring? Uh, you just...do it?

yeah its easier but boring.......

You'll get no argument from me about that : D

Well after Thurs, I know now that I prefer the lecture format.

Yeah. That was an unmitigated disaster. We were all sitting at the table talking about phones. Dr. * only did it because the other classes did it. Hopefully they never do it again because it was a waste of my time.

Just got my clinical assignment from Dr. *. Going to Park Plaza Hospital Fridays 6:30-6:30 with an instructor I've never heard of. Yay?

I thought Dr.* didn't have any of us. My email said that I'm with him on Sat 6:30-6:30 at Cornerstone.

They probably made changes from when he first looked at it.

Well at least we only have to go one day a week.
