Hi everyone. Im wondering if any of you are planning on applying to San Jac ADN program or are in the program?

awesome thanks for the list. i went over the 4 syllabus and got a total of 14 "books" as opposed to your 12... is that because you're not buying your 2 Weber health assessment books or something? Or am I missing something.

Let's see. There should be a bundle of 2 for the Kozier Fundamentals book.

For the Health Assessment book, there's 2 as well that's bundled (or should be) and a handbook similar to the Fundamentals book. The handbook is sold separately (or it was for me at least).

I also noticed they had 2 dictionaries. That's a bit overkill considering you're not going to want to bring a dictionary to school (and the fact that the library has them as well). So I only put the Mosby one because I'm partial to Mosby. That's a preference thing though.

And I think that ends my night (early morning?). Got to see some pretty freaking awesome meteorites in the sky tonight. Life outside of nursing classes is a beautiful thing : p

hey fyi everyone.. i think they put up a simplified book list for us on blackboard under student forms. it's was in the announcements this morning.

I'm almost positive there will be a little under a bajillion posts when they put up schedules. It'll be like getting accepted all over again : D

lol, so i just realized i thought i ordered my health assesment books becasue they havent got to my house yet, and i noticed i never ordered them lol.

so i just now ordered them and put it on 2nd day delivery.

Yikes!

another thing, i'm a little confused on how people are already reading.. because amanda warren was saying that nobody should get their books until we come on the 1st day of class.. i dont know.

Well if that were the case, then they should probably stop putting up lists that have all the books we need to buy. There's really no reason to not have the books anyway. It's not like they'll kick us out of the program if we read through a couple of chapters : )

ok can you help me step by step lol because i'm clicking on "course schedules" under ADN fall 2009 and under rnsg .. and none of them r pulling them up..?sorry
