San Diego City College 2019 Application Period

Hello everyone! I am planning to apply to the nursing program at San Diego City College (SDCC) this year. I did not find a board for this topic, probably because it's still early in 2019, but I like what others have done for previous application periods. I am starting CNA training on the 25th with the American Red Cross. That program ends in early April so I will have plenty of time to study for and take the TEAS. Has anyone has had experience with the American Red Cross CNA program? Has anyone else applying to SDCC had their transcripts evaluated? Also, when will you do your physical for the program?

Yes I turned all of that in with the application. I thought it was required to turn all that in with the package

Not sure but in the informational meeting and the application workshop they talked about needing them in there especially since one of then can take 9 months to complete.

Has anyone heard anything from San Diego City about being accepted? Any idea when we might hear something?

Looking at post from previous years it appears some could start coming out as early as next week, and more follow through the rest of the month.

Hi everyone! I also applied this past year to the nursing program.

I’m so eager to find out. I was also wondering when we were going to get the emails. Hopefully this coming week? **fingers crossed**
