Samuel Merritt University ABSN Fall 2017

Published

Hello all! I am new to Allnurses and I recently decided to change my academic career path from biomedical engineering to nursing. I am (hopefully) going to graduate from San Jose State University in May 2017. I was wondering if anyone has applied/ got accepted to Samuel Merritt's Accelerated BSN program? I was wondering if it's a hard school to get into? I am hoping to apply for Fall 2017. My engineering GPA is not that great but I already took the TEAS and did pretty well on that; I also need to complete Micro, A&P, Nutrition, and a couple other nursing pre-reqs.

Sac Cohort: Did you have any classes in-progress at time of submission?

I did not have any classes in progress.

I didn't have any in-progress classes.

And @arojones, I don't think anyone has started a fb page

I had one in-progress class and I sent it to nursingCAS a few weeks back but just to be safe I'll send it to SMU.

Hi guys! I received my acceptance to the San Mateo November cohort this morning =D so excited to begin this journey! Has anyone started an FB page yet? Looking forward to meet you all at orientation Oct 12.... and to those of you still waiting, hang in there! Stay hopeful!
