Samuel Merritt ELMSN Sacramento 2011

Published

Hey everyone- I thought it was time to start a new thread for the up and coming applicant pool for the ELMSN Sacramento cohort 2011. Five months until applications are due and it doesn't hurt to start communicating with one another already. I met with the admissions counselor last week and she gave me many pointers on how to strengthen my application. Can't wait to hear from some others out there who will be in it with me for the remainder of the year hoping to get into SMU.

Thank you! And congrats 2bgr8nurse! The only info I have is that about 13 seats have been already filled so theres about 5-7 seats still available for the sac location. I am so thrilled to be joining everyone who has been accepted thus far. Hang tight to those who havent heard, I wish you the best of luck!

Hey ReadyAlready,

How do you know all that? I also thought that they were taking 24 for the FNP program. That's what the website says

I asked, but I'm not sure if those numbers are including people they havent heard back from who they offered spots to. So they might have to wait untill those people either accept or reject their offers.

Thanks everyone! I didn't even think to ask about how many were already notified and how many actual spots there are. Sorry bout that. I'm sure more calls will be going out in the next couple of days. Best of luck!

:redbeathe We should form a group on facebook so we can easily schedule study sessions!:redpinkhe

JustDandy - Did you get in?

:)Yep!!I'm still in shock....still dancing with excitement....and ready to get started! :redbeathe

Congrats, Justdandy!

WHOOHOOOO Congratulations JustDandy!! It's going to be such an adjustment to call eachother by our real names when we all meet! :-)

ilnurse15 are you relocating for this program?

I am totally unfamiliar with Sacramento!!

If i'm accepted, I have also applied to the ABSN program and the Summer start cohort. We'll see...

Thanks, ilnurse15 and ReadyAlready! Woohooo! :)

So then we are the class of 2015, right? It's 3 years plus one semester :)
