Have any waitlist calls gone out yet? I wouldn't count yourself out 'til the fat lady sings, as they say. Does anyone know when Orientation is? Le.John.33 - I got into the Sacramento cohort. I'm not sure if San Mateo calls are going out yet, but best of luck to you!

I FINALLY GOT THE CALL TODAY!!! I'm in!!! I could not be more excited!!! We should start a facebook group for our new class!!! I can't wait to meet everyone!! Congratulations to everyone who has been accepted, and best of luck to everyone still playing the waiting game!! Stay optimistic!!

ilnurse15 - I'm less anxious about this program than ELMSN, too, but still anxious nonetheless. The wait after the interview was absolute torture! Now I'm waitlisted for ELMSN, and waiting to hear back about ABSN. I spoke briefly with ------ yesterday, and she said that about 2/3 of the accepted ABSN applicants, have already been notified. The rest will be notified this week through next week, so I guess some of us still have another week to wait. I can't wait to know so I can stop feeling like I'm stuck in place. ------- told me that there are 22 people on the waitlist, and that in the past the first 5-8 people usually make it off the waitlist.

Thanks everyone! I appreciate all your support, and in a sad way, it's nice to know we're all in this together. I hope we get lucky, and the waitlist moves a lot, but we'll just have to wait and see! Hang in there everyone, things have a way of working out in the end, even if it's not the way you expect or hope for. Best of luck!!

Calls are going out! LO just called me and informed me that I'm on the waitlist. I'm not very low, so I doubt I will make it off the waitlist, but I'm trying to remain optimistic...

Has anyone heard anything about the FNP waitlist? I'm hoping some of us will be getting news today!

Has anyone heard anything new since Monday?

For those of you who are reapplicants this year, and were on the waitlist last year, what number were you? Do you know how many people on the waitlist ended up making it into the program last year?

Ilnurse15 - did they say that everyone would be notified by Friday at the latest?

Thanks 2bgr8nurse, I hope you're right too. I just figured that readyalready heard that over the weekend, and it seems a lot of notifications went out yesterday, so I assume there's not many spots left, if any. I wonder if anyone has been notified about the waitlist yet?

I've been thinking the same thing too!! I guess one-on-ones are the way to go. I'm trying hard to remain optimistic, but I'm starting to think acceptance notifications may be over. I wish I would just hear something one way or the other... the waiting is awful!
