I applied to the Samuel Merritt ELMSN FNP Spring 2017 cohort! Was wondering if there were any of you out there as I am anxiously awaiting to hear about interviews.

If any current SMU ELMSN FNP students have any input on:

1. the interview process

2. what you would do to prepare for the program knowing what you know now

3. why you chose SMU

I would love to hear feedback!

Hi! I heard back from Samuel Merritt 2 weeks ago that I got into ELMSN FNP program. If anybody is looking for a roommate near the campus, please let me know! :)

And for those of you still interviewing, good luck!! You guys will do amazing, there's a reason why you were invited to the interview. Just be yourself and enjoy it :)

Hi! That was fast @rufnp2b. Just curious if you interviewed already or did SMU accept you? Congrats on the acceptance! Nervous as the day approaches, which I'm sure everyone is too about the interview. ;) If I hear back I'll contact you (email address in previous post).

SMU sent me an email saying I got in :) But I think I didn't have to do an interview because I interviewed with them in February for the Oakland track (which I didn't get into).

The RN won the BB18 season! Why was she in there to begin with?

Anyways, @Fiona, we were the first group, had 10. From previous forums, it seems later groups might have more people as they aim to interview at least double the available seats to fill waitlists. Nothing that hasn't been said before, it was a very friendly atmosphere, almost forgot I was being interviewed! Maybe I did forget, oh well, breathe and good luck!

We had 12 people in our group, maybe ours may be the largest? Seems like it was.
