No I got admitted!!!!!!! I'm dying right now

I got in!!!!! Kristen just called me. I'm so ecstatic

I just called Kristen and asked when we'll hear back for the FNP.. she said "it will be very shortly, I would say next month." So we may not hear back today just to calm everyone's anticipation. Regardless, we will know very soon.

I can't believe they're sending out decisions around monday!!! Good luck everyone. It's so hard to stop thinking about it.

Hey everyone! I also received an email on the 9th for an interview to the ELMSN-FNP program. This essentially means we made quite a decent first cut right? Since there are about 300-400 applicants and 30-60 spots, they must only call 100 or less to interview! Does anyone know the structure of the group interview? The email said it will be 90 minutes long, although older forums for the same program said it can take up to 2.5 hours!

Apply anyways! They will be able to see that the courses you are taking are in progress. They also look at many other factors such as letters of recs, personal statements.. and for your case, make sure your TEAS scores are high! That will compensate for your GPA. Make everything else in your app strong. If you can get a letter of rec from an RN, that would also help. These are things they told me when I went in for a transcript assessment.

Hey guys! I just got an email for an invitation to interview for admission to Spring 2017 ELMSN-FNP! Group interviews will be held September 21-22 for the Sacramento Cohort. Has anyone else gotten an email? I was wondering if the San Mateo will also have a cohort for the ELMSN-FNP.
