I've been looking all over for a thread about SM ELMSN Fall 2012 but have not found any!! So I guess I'll be the first to post something about it. Since application deadline is today, any hopefuls like to share their application experiences, stats, goals, anything related to nursing school? Now that apps are completed, the waiting begins...sooooo exciteddd!!! :nurse: I applied to the FNP track, crossing my fingers :uhoh3:

You can, but I assume we should be notified today. I think one lady does all the notifications. Is your last name at the end of the alphabet? Because mine is and I haven't been notified yet either.

I have not received any notifications yet and my last name is near the end of the alphabet as well.

No , my last name is nt at end of alphabet , its abt in the middle. i m really scared. :(

Hi everyone!

Congrats to everyone who got offered admission and good luck to those of you on the wait list. For everyone who wasn't offered admission, don't lose faith, the perfect program for you is out there and I'm sure you'll find it! Everything does happen for a reason. Know that, and know that just getting an interview means that you are already the cream of the crop and have a very bright future in nursing.

I was offered admission to the FNP track a couple of weeks ago, submitted my letter of intent and still haven't received an information packet or email. Will those of you in the same boat post when they receive something and I'll do the same. I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything as I'm trying to make international travel plans and want to be sure I'm taking care of what I need to before I leave.

I'm so absolutely thrilled about getting to know those of you in our cohort and about moving to Oakland. Can't wait for fall!

FNP- has anyone created the Facebook group yet? If not, I can do it. I can't private message yet...need 15 posts before I can and from reading other threads, I don't think I can provide the social media link here.

Tigerlily- that would be great if you created one for both cm and fnp since well all be in the same classes for the first year. Post it neways lol, ive seen prior fb posts on other threads before. Thanks in advance

ok, sure Supreme154- should I just title it "ELMSN Fall 2012 Oakland" like we have on the all nurses board?

ok the title of the facebook group is " Samuel Merritt ELMSN Oakland 2012". Search for it on facebook and request an add. This is for FNP and CM students who will attend in fall.
