I've been looking all over for a thread about SM ELMSN Fall 2012 but have not found any!! So I guess I'll be the first to post something about it. Since application deadline is today, any hopefuls like to share their application experiences, stats, goals, anything related to nursing school? Now that apps are completed, the waiting begins...sooooo exciteddd!!! :nurse: I applied to the FNP track, crossing my fingers :uhoh3:

Hi LagunaB, I was in your interview. I am pretty sure I know who you are because I am putting your name here and that you mentioned traveling from Laguna Beach for interview together! I was 2 down from you on your right, closer to the faculty. clhd03, yes a FB group would be awesome. Have either of you received an admission packet with more info yet?

How many of you have been accepted into the Fall 2012 Oakland ELMSN-FNP program? Has anyone been put on the waitlist? Has anyone been declined?

Yes I got into the ELMSN- FNP program in Oakland. I submitted my letter of intent and deposit this past monday, but have not received an admission packet yet, has anyone? I will be relocating so I feel like I have so much to do, but don't know where to start :uhoh3: I've never created a fb group in the past, but i will figure it out and will get it going :) I'll let you guys know.

Hi Tigerlilly329, yes I do remember you, congrats on getting accepted! I though you did really well in the interview, so I'm not too surprised. I just submitted my deposit and letter of intent yesterday, so still waiting on admission packet. Also relocating from SoCal, does anyone know when school starts?

There were about 14 people in my interview group. I interviewed during the Feb 11th morning group.

Does anyone know if the letter of intent needs to be received BY March 16th or is it POSTMARKED by March 16th? I'm still waiting to hear back from the ABSN program before I make my final decision.

Sorry to hear that, Resilience77. Stay strong, though. This is my third year applying to schools and after improving my stats, I'm finally starting to get somewhere. Try applying to Dominican and putting your name into their system. I got in recently and would start next Spring if I don't get into SMU.
