I'm new to this site, but have been following the allnurses posts regarding Samuel Merritt program applications religiously for a while now. I recently applied to the ABSN and ELMSN - FNP program for the July 1 deadline. Thought it would be great to have a place to provide insight, stay updated and share experiences with all of you through this terrifying journey. I mean we ONLYYY have to wait until October - November to hear anything. Let the wait begin.....
Hi all! I didn't get any emails yet either but did log-in to the admitted student portal. It says my ABSN application has been denied for Sac and that my FNP application is still being reviewed. I am definitely crushed and do think that the site is accurate. I don't think I will get into the FNP program because I have not been notified of any emails. Good luck to everyone, this is super hard and I have no idea how I am going to tell my family. Well, here's to moping around for the rest of the week.
I was also able to login and was so excited initially cause it said I was accepted but that was for the prereq courses I took over the summer:( lol. Anyways, ya same for me. Both my waitlist notifications are there from the previous two applications Fall18/Spring19. It does say my Spring19 app is still under review though. Hopefully we all get to the bottom of this soon:) It would be cool if they had the count for the waitlist movement somehere.
When I logged into mine, I don't see the my application section for mine! Just says online orientation under the Congratulations. Now I'm worried something went wrong
Do you have the section "my applications" in the checklist? Because I don't . So weird since others have the campus they applied to and status of accepted, denied or still in review.....

Thanks! Yah I got a waitlist email and it says I am waitlisted so I am assuming that whatever it says is right for people who have not received info.
